40 minutes this am...My run starts on an uphill every morning...a must to get above the exhaust...It's worth it.

this morning's sights and thoughts..
cute dogs of all types..I think that the St. Bernard is the most majestic of creatures,
puddles to avoid or not to avoid if I'm feeling it,
the girl running the other way that I wish was going my direction so I could chase her down,
should i take the stairs two at a time or just one?,
where is the next water fountain again?,
I hate the construction workers who cat-call at 7:00am...won't they ever just stop?,
I love that I have a fruit/veggie market in front of my house every day.
