35 minutes with a headlamp this morning..dark dark morning. I'm inspired by sheer irritation the last few days to go on my runs. Nothing to do but persist in moments of stress; Allevition can be attained through movement. The less I have time to think- the happier I seem to be.

So, this morning, running was my lighthouse to get me started off well. "Well" meaning I hope not to run into any rock cliffs, nor the metaphorical like, at 6:00 am and thereafter. :D
