This, writing here, is a motivation tool that I use entirely for stimulus. My sole scope is to keep a level of honesty with myself whilst I explore the mental facet of my new undertaking of sustained training (even if I only do run for a half hour these past couple of days it seems). It is a sort of online training log without the mileage. I had this great long slow run planned for this morning. Instead, 30 minutes morning run which is totally unacceptable but the alarm didn't ring and I had to scamper around and throw on clothes to even get out and back before work. Still in search of a running partner...I'm wondering if anyone can actually meet me at 6:30 am. Tomorrow I've schemed a morning run and stair repeats. Rome has got loads of stairs and there is a real robust set right by my place. Even when I am in the best of shape, stairs get to me. Time to get my legs and rear end in gear. Later tonight: a lucullan spa treatment at my place. I need it.
