2008 will be all about keeping it honest for me.  With the training, food intake.  I'm slowly outing sugar, alcohol, and coffee (my favorite of the three).  Planning on getting a race schedule (in the next three months) but for now..lots and lots of LSD. Long and slow.  Intelligent build up and not my normal balls to the wall in one week. 

This will be my 2008.
