60 minutes...sleepy but did some fartlek in the middle..started at 7:00 today. The days are getting longer and the runs keep getting smoother.

I think I need to find a running partner for my morning runs:  big news today in Rome is that an American female student was found dead yesterday morning.  She went to John Cabot University, the rival university to the one I work for (The American University of Rome).  She was just 21 and it was during her morning run that it happened.  The police are still trying to decide whether it was an accident (she had a head wound) or not.
