5:00 evening run...everyone on the west coast is just getting started (it's 8:00am pacific right now)...Was in the middle of 55 minutes and 5 x 100m strides (knees way up) when many morning alarms were sounding.

Light and effortless stride in dreary edward scissorhand like weather...crows, dormant foliage dangling from ancient arches and a mansion even. I felt like liquid energy in a world that didn't recognize me. The only connection to my surroundings was a slight chill on the back of my head and neck as the sun started to ebb...

...Incandescent park lights glow warmly at the gate of the park to bring me back to now...

...I've just finished a month. :)
