Finding the time to run during a normal week is easier when you are dedicated to it. I've made it my priority which makes i so simple to run: I've ceased to make excuses for not doing it and plan the day before to ensure I have enough time and leave a little room for contingencies. Today I ran on my lunch break: 35 minutes. My biggest problem in my past is consistency. After college when noone is watching over, one is forced to either find a coach or push on alone. If you don't have running integrated in your daily culture with lots of like-minded people it can be a huge test to your running. My goal is to be consistent and hopefully reap the benefits. One day at a time. Writing it down in a blog really seems to help!
