Yesterday went for 1 hour in the am. Up by 6:00, I've got three hours to run, prepare for work and take a nap after my breakfast and shower. Tired the entire day..This is my first hour run in quite some time and was the first long run after a couple of weeks of 35-40 minute runs. I'm going again this evening. Food: Junk is out. I've got this horrible sugar tooth. Gone. No coffee in the morning and I feel fine. Instead a few clementines, some kiwis, and a banana shake. Banana. Milk. That's it. Honest. My housemate is australian. She's up at 6:00 am every day to run an hour. I spent three months resenting her for waking me up at the ass of dawn before I decided to run with it and get up as well. If you can't beat them to death with a running shoe at 6:00 am, then join them. I shall look into getting a photograph of Mel asap.
