Ahhh, incorporated some speed this morning. 7am...40 minutes with a 10 minute warm up to the park 20 minute fartlek and 10 minute cooldown. Thought it was going ot be shoddy during the warmup but it was GREAT! The days are getting longer and what could be better than a few more minutes of sleep a day. Last night: 30 minute run easy for the double.
